Carriage for deliveries to Ireland, the Scilly, Scottish and Channel Islands and anywhere outside of the British Isles are priced on request, please email admin@cloister-uniforms.co.uk for your quote. Any order that is placed for these areas without requesting the delivery charge first will be contacted to pay any additional postage charge to the standard on our website. If you do not wish to pay the additional carriage and cancel, a refund will be issued less pay pal seller fee.

If your order is time sensitive please email admin@cloister-uniforms.co.uk to check stock availability, once order is placed you will be liable for the pay pal seller fee, as we are still charged if the order is cancelled or you change your mind.

Our staff from our customer service team are still able to assist you through this uncertian time in way that we can.

CUSTOMER RETURNS

If you wish to make a return please email admin@cloister-uniforms.co.uk to get the return authorised, if goods are returned washed, worn, embroidered or damaged and not in the original condition they were sent out in, they will be returned with an invoice for the postage and packaging. All items ordered in from a supplier are non-returnable. Please note, unless there is an error with an order all postage needs to be paid for by the customer ensuring a receipt of postage is obtained.
